We believe each one of us is a supernatural being and our bodies is a temple that has to be respected and tuned, both physically and spiritually.
Mana Vida encourages a healthier lifestyle, a tangible sense of contribution, belonging and awareness of what people surrounding us need, through the practice of a dynamic set of activities.
