ManaVida is an organisation established in Macau, focused in building social and physical awareness, by empowering individuals within all ages, communities, charities, and corporations.
We believe each one of us is a supernatural being and our bodies is a temple that has to be respected and tuned, both physically and spiritually.
Mana Vida encourages a healthier lifestyle, a tangible sense of contribution, belonging and awareness of what people surrounding us need, through the practice of a dynamic set of activities.
