Inkamoda was founded on 2006, by a loving couple from Cusco City, Catherine & Ronald with the vision of create a company who offers products based on alpaca wool showing to the world the amazing benefits of this fiber and at the same time create social responsibility job with local artisans, they were exporting and offering their beautiful collections in their store based in Cusco – Peru.

On 2011 their daughter Vari join to this adventure, when she finished her studies at the university as Commercial Engineer, she started creating new collections, she was invited to Magic Show in Las Vegas by a costumer, after this trip she had the opportunity to visit San Francisco CA, where she got in contact with Melange INC, a corporation that has the mission to support emerging international and local designer, models, brands and fashion professionals by hosting premier fashion events that blend fashion, theater, music and dance through their shows. She got her first invitation from them on 2012, on 2013 she was awarded as an International Fashion Ambassador at the show with “The heaven Collection”, that were made by artisans from Cusco, designed for her with love, dedications, using fine materials mixing the alpaca wool with fabric creating an original, ecofriendly and luxurious garments, every year this wonderful show has something new to offer, a different theme and perspective, inviting designers, celebrities and models from all over the world.
